We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Indoor Sales Coordinator to join our team in Baghdad. This role supports the sales team by managing offers, documentation, and back-office operations to ensure smooth sales processes and excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and issue sales offers and quotations in coordination with the sales team.
Follow up on submitted offers with internal teams and customers, keeping all records updated.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date sales documentation and customer databases.
Generate and share daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports and dashboards to support decision-making.
Manage all sales-related transactions and processes within the Odoo ERP system, up to AUGT submission.
Support order processing, invoicing, and delivery coordination as required.
Ensure digital archiving of all sales documents and communications.
Coordinate with logistics, finance, and other departments to ensure smooth post-offer operations.
Handle customer inquiries, documentation requests, and internal data requirements promptly.
Continuously work on improving back-office procedures to enhance productivity and response time.

Skills & Competencies:

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
Minimum 2 years of experience in sales support or administrative roles.
Familiarity with ERP systems (preferably Odoo).
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
Excellent organizational, communication, and multitasking skills.
Strong attention to detail with the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Fluent in English (written and spoken).
