A Holding Group is seeking talented and versatile individuals to join our dynamic team as Receptionists. This role combines administrative responsibilities, providing a unique opportunity to contribute to the growth of our company. We have 2 vacancies available.

Receptionist Duties:

- Greet and welcome clients and visitors.

- Answer and direct phone calls, handle incoming/outgoing mail and deliveries, filing, data entry, photocopying, and basic bookkeeping.

- Manage office supplies and equipment, scheduling, and calendars.

- Schedule appointments and meetings, office management.

- Manage security procedures and liaise with suppliers such as cleaning or IT staff.

- Respond to client office requirements or assistance.

Time Shift and Rotation:

- Morning shift: 8 hours per day, from 08 AM to 04 PM.

- Night shift: 6 hours, from 04 PM to 10 PM.

- The receptionist will work on a rotation schedule of 3 days on and 3 days off.

Skills

Qualifications:

- BA degree in a related field, preferably in the language department.

- Fluency in Arabic and Kurdish (both written and spoken) and English is important.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and relevant marketing software.

- Strong organizational and time management abilities.

- Attention to detail and ability to multitask.

- A positive and enthusiastic attitude.

- Hardworking and punctual.
