Job Description (English)

We are looking for a smart, persuasive, and results-driven Customer Care Representative to re-engage our existing customers and encourage them to place new orders.

This is a remote position focused on customer retention and reactivation. The ideal candidate is confident, well-spoken, and knows how to build trust and close conversations naturally.

Key Responsibilities:

Review and organize existing customer data
Contact previous customers via WhatsApp, phone calls, or messages
Convince customers to reorder our pods and return to our brand
Build strong relationships with customers and understand their needs
Follow up professionally and consistently
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and orders
Provide excellent customer service and represent the brand positively

Requirements:

Fluent in English and Arabic (spoken & written)
Previous experience in customer care, sales, or customer retention
Strong communication and persuasion skills
Confident, friendly, and solution-oriented personality
Organized and comfortable working remotely
Experience using WhatsApp, CRM tools, or customer databases is a plus

نبحث عن موظفة / موظف خدمة عملاء ذكية، لبقة، وقادرة على الإقناع، تكون مهمتها الأساسية إعادة التواصل مع عملائنا السابقين وتشجيعهم على الطلب مرة أخرى.

الوظيفة عن بُعد وتركّز على الاحتفاظ بالعملاء وإعادة تنشيطهم من خلال التواصل المباشر وبناء علاقة ثقة معهم.

المهام والمسؤوليات:

مراجعة وتنظيم بيانات العملاء الحاليين
التواصل مع العملاء السابقين عبر الواتساب أو المكالمات
إقناع العملاء بالعودة للطلب وشراء البودز مرة أخرى
بناء علاقة قوية مع العملاء وفهم احتياجاتهم
المتابعة المستمرة بأسلوب احترافي
تسجيل وتحديث بيانات العملاء والطلبات
تقديم خدمة عملاء ممتازة وتمثيل العلامة التجارية بشكل إيجابي

المتطلبات:

إجادة اللغة العربية واللغة الإنجليزية تحدثًا وكتابة
خبرة سابقة في خدمة العملاء أو المبيعات أو الاحتفاظ بالعملاء
مهارات تواصل وإقناع قوية
شخصية واثقة، لبقة، ومركزة على الحلول
القدرة على العمل عن بُعد وتنظيم الوقت
خبرة باستخدام الواتساب أو أنظمة إدارة العملاء تعتبر ميزة إضافية
