Responsibilities

Overseeing facility maintenance, including plumbing and electrical work, to ensure a safe workplace.
Managing daily catering services to support employee welfare.
Maintaining green areas to create a positive office environment.
Monitoring health and safety to ensure compliance with regulations.
Coordinating with government offices for utility payments.
Managing office supplies to ensure an efficient workplace.
Scheduling and supervising utility coordinators to keep the facility clean.
Arranging transportation and accommodation for visitors.
Ensuring cleanliness and maintenance of company vehicles.
Supervising transport operations for smooth functioning.
Managing administrative expenses and processing payments.
Overseeing security and promptly addressing issues.

HR Responsibilities

Monitoring daily attendance to ensure compliance with company policies.
Assisting with recruitment, including scheduling interviews and coordinating with candidates.
Supporting employee relations and fostering a positive work environment.
Implementing and communicating HR policies to ensure employee understanding and compliance.

General

Preparing reports to keep management informed about admin and HR activities.
Ensuring compliance with legal requirements and company policies.
Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records in all administrative and HR functions.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related discipline.
3-5 years of relevant experience in a similar role.
Expertise in Microsoft Office, with a focus on Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
