Duties and responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome visitors in a professional manner
- Answer and direct phone calls to appropriate staff
- Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence (email, mail, packages)
- Maintain the reception area and meeting rooms
- Assist with scheduling and coordinating meetings
- Provide basic administrative support to the team
- Handle visitor registration and security procedures
- Education, Job Requirements & Skills:
- Diploma or bachelor’s degree in a related field.
- Proven experience as a receptionist or in a similar role is preferred
- Fluent in Kurdish, Arabic, and English (spoken and written)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Professional appearance and attitude
- Good organizational and multitasking abilities
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook)
