We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Accommodation Supervisor to join our team in Baghdad, Iraq. In this role, you will oversee the daily operations of our accommodation facilities, ensuring high-quality service and a positive experience for our guests.
- Manage and supervise the accommodation team, providing leadership, training, and support
- Oversee room preparation, maintenance, and cleanliness to maintain quality standards
- Coordinate staff schedules and assignments to ensure efficient operations
- Monitor inventory levels and place orders to maintain adequate supplies
- Implement and enforce safety regulations and best practices in accommodation areas
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve any issues promptly and professionally
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences
- Maintain accurate records of occupancy, maintenance, and guest feedback
- Continuously improve accommodation services based on guest feedback and industry trends
- Ensure compliance with local hospitality regulations and standards
