Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries via phone(calls), email, and chat.
- Provide timely and accurate responses to customer questions, concerns, and technical issues.
- Identify and assess customer needs to provide appropriate solutions and recommendations.
- Resolve customer complaints and escalate complex issues to the appropriate department when necessary.
- Keep detailed records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.
- Collaborate with internal teams to address customer issues and improve the overall customer experience.
- Assist with customer onboarding, product demonstrations, and training as needed.
- Stay updated on product features, industry trends, and company policies to effectively support customers.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's degree.
- Previous experience in customer service or a related field preferred.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Empathy and patience when dealing with customers.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexibility to work non-traditional hours, including evenings and weekends if required (Shifts working hours)
