One of Toyota’s authorized dealers in Al Anbar (Fallujah) is looking for Senior HR Specialist with below requirements:
Tasks and Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute HR strategies aligned with the overall business strategy.
- Lead talent acquisition efforts for senior-level and strategic roles.
- Oversee employee relations, conflict resolution, and disciplinary actions.
- Design and implement performance management systems and initiatives.
- Ensure legal compliance with all local, state, and federal HR regulations.
- Manage compensation and benefits programs, ensuring competitiveness and equity.
- Support current and future business needs through workforce planning and development.
- Lead organizational change initiatives and HR process improvements.
- Mentor and develop junior HR staff, fostering a collaborative and productive HR team.
- Analyze HR metrics and provide insights to support data-driven decision-making.
- Drive initiatives that promote diversity, equity, inclusion, and a positive work culture
- Manage and ensure accurate and timely processing of payroll for all employees, including oversight of payroll systems, compliance, tax reporting, and audits.
- Lead end-to-end recruitment processes across all departments, with a focus on attracting high-quality candidates for senior, technical, and hard-to-fill roles.
- Partner with hiring managers to develop workforce plans, job descriptions, and sourcing strategies.
- Utilize multiple channels (LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, agencies) to build a strong candidate pipeline.
- Oversee employer branding initiatives and ensure a positive candidate experience.
- Monitor recruitment metrics (time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, etc.) and optimize accordingly.
- Develop and manage internship and graduate recruitment programs.
Qualifications and skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 3-4 years of progressive HR experience.
- Deep understanding of labor law, payroll regulations, and HR best practices.
- Strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills.
- High level of integrity, confidentiality, and professionalism.
- Deep understanding of employment law, recruitment best practices, and payroll processes.
- Fluency in Arabic and English languages.
- Iraqi Nationality.
