Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate systems analysis, applications development, and implementation activities.
- Analyze business requirements and design solutions aligned with bank operations and standards.
- Configure, test, and deploy applications to meet business and compliance needs.
- Provide 24x7 production support, troubleshooting incidents, and ensuring service continuity.
- Administer and monitor daily operations of banking applications, including EOD/EOM processes.
- Ensure compliance with audit and IT standards, maintaining documentation for all system activities.
- Manage and verify daily/weekly/monthly backups, perform periodic restore tests, and ensure data integrity.
- Collaborate with internal and vendor teams to resolve system issues and enhance performance.
- Participate in system upgrades, testing, and deployment following SDLC and project management standards.
Education: Bachelor degree in Computer Science from a recognized college.
Experience: 3-7 years of IT experience within a large organization.
Technical Expertise:
- SWIFT Systems: Practical experience in SWIFT Alliance Access/Entry (SAA/SAE) operations, interface management, and message monitoring. Solid understanding of SWIFTNet configuration, message flows, and financial messaging standards (MT/MX).
- SQL & Oracle: Good knowledge of SQL Server and Oracle — including writing queries, developing stored procedures, and supporting database operations.
- Core Banking Systems: Good knowledge of core banking logics, including customer accounts, payments, loans, and general ledger concepts.
