🔹 Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist customers, ensuring a warm and professional service experience.
- Understand customer needs and accurately record service requests.
- Coordinate with the workshop team to ensure timely and efficient repairs.
- Prepare job cards, provide service estimates, and follow up on progress.
- Explain service details, costs, and recommendations clearly to customers.
- Ensure customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving.
🔹 Qualifications:
- Diploma or bachelor’s degree in automotive engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
- Up to 3 years of experience as a Service Advisor (automotive background preferred).
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Fluent in Arabic and English (Kurdish is a plus).
- Passion for cars and a commitment to deliver excellence.
