About The Role
This role is ideal for someone who can take full ownership of photo and video production at Baly. You will be responsible for capturing high-quality visual content for campaigns, social media, and internal needs. The role includes shooting, planning, coordinating, and ensuring all produced content aligns with Baly’s visual identity and brand standards.
Main Responsibilities
- Shoot clean, high-quality photos and videos for campaigns, social media, and in-app placements.
- Plan shoots in advance and prepare clear shot lists where needed.
- Coordinate locations, models, timings, and equipment for each shoot.
- Collaborate with designers, copywriters, and the broader marketing team to deliver complete content pieces.
- Organize, label, and archive all footage and photos efficiently.
- Deliver content in the correct formats for various platforms (TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, in-app).
- Capture behind-the-scenes content and lifestyle moments when required.
- Ensure equipment is maintained, prepared, and functioning properly.
- Handle on-ground production and troubleshoot issues quickly.
Technical Skills Required
- Strong experience in videography and photography.
- Solid understanding of lighting, framing, composition, and basic audio.
- Familiarity with Adobe Premiere Pro and Adobe Photoshop.
- Ability to shoot in different environments (indoor/outdoor, controlled/non-controlled).
- Understanding of content optimization for social platforms.
Soft Skills
- Strong sense of ownership and responsibility.

Preferred Experience
- 3+ years of experience in videography/photography.
