Kinetic has partnered with a leading Construction company who are hiring a Senior Diver - Offshore Maintenance to be based in Iraq.

The main responsibilities will include but not limited to:
- Supervise and manage offshore diving operations.
- Manage subsea inspection, maintenance, and repair activities on subsea pipelines, structures, and associated assets.
- Ensure all diving operations are performed safely, efficiently, and within technical and environmental compliance standards.
- Oversee diving team performance, ensuring adherence to dive plans, procedures, and safety protocols.
- Conduct and document subsea inspections and maintenance reports, ensuring quality assurance and client satisfaction.
- Assist diving supervisor in ensuring diving safety and technical compliance.
Skills
To be successful you will need to meet the following:
- Minimum 15–20 years of offshore diving experience, with at least 10 years as Senior Diver.
- IMCA-certified Diving Supervisor experience.
- Subsea pipeline/structure maintenance experience
- Proven track record in subsea pipeline and structure inspection, repair, and maintenance.
- Demonstrable experience in diving system operations, maintenance equipment selection, and usage.
- Knowledge of relevant industry standards and client-specific offshore safety protocols.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and team coordination skills.
