Daily, go to bank and submit original transfer applications.
Follow up swift copy.
Update the tracking sheet.
Collect B/L, COO, customs clearance, manifesto from BU for each transfer.
The above list (B/L, COO, customs clearance, manifesto from BU) to submit to bank and obtain confirmation at the same time.
Proper filing based on the transfer applications.
Participate stock/asset physical verification based on the company rule.
