The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and controlling all warehouse operations in line with production, delivery, and shipping plans, ensuring efficient, safe, and cost-effective storage and distribution of Raw Materials (RM), Packaging Materials (PM), and Finished Goods (FG), while optimizing space utilization, resources, and compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
Your goal will be to increase operational efficiency and ensure a safe environment.
Responsibilities
- Track and manage inventory
- Inspect warehouse and keep the warehouse clean and safe
- Manage warehouse staff
- Ensure compliance with all company standards, legal, regulatory, audit, health, safety, quality, and environmental policies.
- Ensure full compliance with health, safety, quality, and environmental policies.
- Oversee logistics, distribution, and transportation of RM, PM, and FG in coordination with internal and external stakeholders.
- Evaluate performance metrics to ensure quality delivery and cost-efficient work-flow processes
Qualifications
- Diploma or bachelor’s degree (Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or related field preferred).
- 5–7 years of relevant warehouse/logistics experience.
- Experience in FMCG or manufacturing
- Proficient in Microsoft Office products (Excel and Word)
