About The Role

We’re looking for a Sales Executive (Food) to join our Commercial team in Baghdad. This role is ideal for someone who is sales-driven, proactive, and passionate about building long-term relationships with restaurant partners. You will focus on acquiring, onboarding, and growing food partners on the Baly platform while ensuring their ongoing success.

Key Responsibilities

Acquire and onboard top restaurant partners to the Baly platform
Identify and engage restaurant owners and key decision-makers
Generate leads and conduct meetings (in-person or virtual) with prospective partners
Build and maintain strong relationships with restaurant partners
Persuade partners to participate in campaigns and promotions to maximize sales
Monitor restaurant performance, analyze results, and provide actionable insights
Proactively identify challenges and provide solutions to improve partner performance
Ensure high responsiveness and continuous support to partner needs
Collaborate with internal teams (growth, marketing, operations) to drive business goals

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Sales-driven mindset with a focus on achieving targets
Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
Good understanding of Baghdad’s food and restaurant market
Previous experience in sales, account management, or business development is a plus
Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
Fluent in Arabic and English
