Job Summary:
We are looking for a Bell Boy to join our team and provide excellent customer service to our guests during their stay. The Bell Boy will be responsible for assisting guests with their luggage, escorting them to their rooms, and providing information about hotel facilities and services.
Job Responsibility:
- Greet guests upon arrival and assist them with their luggage
- Escort guests to their rooms and explain hotel facilities and services
- Handle guest inquiries and provide information about local attractions
- Maintain a clean and organized lobby area
- Assist with valet parking services when needed
Candidate Requirements:
- Previous experience in a customer service role is preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well in a team
- Physical fitness to handle luggage and stand for long periods
- Knowledge of local attractions and amenities
