As our Talent & People Executive, you’ll help shape the soul of Metrik Studios®. You’ll lead the charge on recruitment, culture, growth, and team happiness.
How would your day look like at Metrik Studios®:
- Find and recruit awesome people (not just resumes) for our creative, growth, and operations teams
- Build hiring pipelines and partners
- Run a smooth, exciting onboarding experience for every new joiner
- Help us keep our team culture fresh, inclusive, and full of positive energy
- Plan internal events, bonding moments, and growth initiatives
- Own performance check-ins, team feedback loops, and growth plans
- Mediate issues, support team wellbeing, and build real trust
- Keep us legally sound and human-first at the same time
Who we’re looking for:
You’re not just a “people person.” You’re a culture architect, someone who knows how to create a vibe where people love what they do and who they do it with.
- You speak English and Arabic fluently
- You’re all about ideas, energy, and people
- You’re organized, proactive, and can handle things without being micromanaged
- You’ve got a young mindset, love what’s trending, and know how today’s creatives think
- You either live in Karekh or have a car — because we work in-studio
- You believe people are everything and that culture doesn’t happen by accident
What You’ve Done Before:
- At least 2+ years in talent, HR, or people ops — ideally in a creative, startup, or fast-paced company
- You know how to run interviews, onboard like a pro, and create real team engagement
- You’re familiar with employment basics in Iraq.
- You’ve got strong emotional intelligence, writing chops, and presentation skills
- You’ve built trust with teams before — and know how to handle tough conversations with kindness and clarity
