Role and Responsibilities:
A. Coordinate inbound and outbound logistics activities including raw material deliveries, finished goods dispatch, and internal transfers.
B. Ensure timely delivery of materials and equipment to and from the plant to support uninterrupted production flow.
C. Manage transportation planning and track shipments to ensure on-time delivery, resolving issues with carriers and suppliers as needed.
D. Prepare shipping documentation including invoices, packing lists, delivery notes, and customs clearance paperwork.
E. Liaise with the warehouse, procurement, production, and maintenance departments to align logistics with operational priorities.
F. Maintain accurate records of logistics transactions, including inventory movements and transport documentation.
G. Coordinate with freight forwarders, customs brokers, and transportation companies to ensure efficient logistics execution.
H. Monitor logistics KPIs including delivery lead times, freight costs, and supplier reliability.
I. Oversee and monitor weighbridge operations to ensure accurate weighing of incoming and outgoing materials, and maintain proper logs.
J. Ensure compliance with internal logistics procedures, safety protocols, and legal/regulatory requirements.
Qualifications and Education Requirements:
i. Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
ii. Minimum of 2–3 years of logistics experience, ideally in a manufacturing or industrial setting.
iii. Familiarity with customs clearance, shipping regulations, and vendor coordination.
iv. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and logistics tracking or ERP systems (SAP or similar is a plus).
v. Valid driving license preferred.

4. Negotiation and vendor management capabilities.
5. Language Requirements: Kurdish – Fluent; English & Arabic – Minimum B2 level.
