The purpose of this position is to provide support toPortfolio Manager, organizing and managing files and projects, scheduling meetings and appointments, and provide support to commercial departments.
Also responsible for project analysis, technical write-up of all projects’ information maintaining full reporting as per requirements.
Job Duties:
- Write reports requested by Manager for each project status, progress check, budget…etc.
- Follow up on transportation arrangement (both international and inside Iraq).
- Update of Logistics/inventory data Coordination with service suppliers.
- Coordination with other sections in (procurement, project Management departments and warehouse).
- The Logistics Specialist (LS) will check supply, receiving, and storing activities.
- Coordinate storage and maintenance activities.
- Warehouse transporter activities.
- Logistic control on Odoo System.
- Sub Warehouses activity Control.
- Creating and Developing Logistics process.
- Line feeding parts from warehouse to production line.
