We are looking for an experienced HR Supervisor to oversee key human resources functions, including recruitment, employee social security and taxation management, and coordination with government institutions on HR-related matters.
Requirements
- Lead the recruitment process, from sourcing candidates to onboarding new hires
- Manage employee social security and tax compliance, ensuring accurate reporting and adherence to regulations
- Handle HR-related documentation and coordinate with government agencies for labor law compliance
- Maintain and update employee records, contracts, and HR databases
- Develop and implement HR policies to ensure compliance with local labor laws and company standards
- Oversee payroll processes to ensure accuracy in employee benefits, deductions, and tax filings
- Coordinate work permits and residency procedures for foreign employees
- Monitor employee attendance, leave management, and disciplinary actions in alignment with company policies
- Act as a point of contact between the company and government institutions for HR-related matters
- Provide guidance and support to employees regarding HR policies, benefits, and labor rights
- Prepare HR reports and analytics to support management in decision-making
- Ensure compliance with occupational health and safety regulations
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Proven experience in HR functions, particularly recruitment and government compliance
- Strong knowledge of labor laws, social security, and taxation regulations
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Ability to work efficiently with government institutions and regulatory bodies
- Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
