Role Overview
As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the complete lifecycle of large-scale edible oil manufacturing projects from concept to commissioning. You will manage resources, budgets, and timelines while ensuring quality and compliance with industry standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end execution of greenfield edible oil manufacturing projects in Iraq.
- Manage project planning, budgeting, procurement, and execution phases.
- Coordinate with internal teams, contractors, and suppliers to ensure seamless delivery.
- Ensure all activities comply with safety, environmental, and quality standards.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, including government bodies.
- Oversee installation, commissioning, and handover to operations.
Requirements
- 15-18 years (Min) of proven project management experience in the edible oil manufacturing industry.
- Hands-on experience in greenfield project execution from ground-breaking to full operations.
- Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills.
- Fluency in Arabic (spoken & written) is mandatory; English proficiency preferred.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.
- Willingness to be based in Iraq and travel as required.
