We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Indoor Sales Coordinator to join our team in Baghdad. This role supports the sales team by managing offers, documentation, and back-office operations to ensure smooth sales processes and excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and issue sales offers and quotations in coordination with the sales team.
- Follow up on submitted offers with internal teams and customers, keeping all records updated.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date sales documentation and customer databases.
- Generate and share daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports and dashboards to support decision-making.
- Manage all sales-related transactions and processes within the Odoo ERP system, up to AUGT submission.
- Support order processing, invoicing, and delivery coordination as required.
- Ensure digital archiving of all sales documents and communications.
- Coordinate with logistics, finance, and other departments to ensure smooth post-offer operations.
- Handle customer inquiries, documentation requests, and internal data requirements promptly.
- Continuously work on improving back-office procedures to enhance productivity and response time.
Skills & Competencies:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in sales support or administrative roles.
- Familiarity with ERP systems (preferably Odoo).
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Excellent organizational, communication, and multitasking skills.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Fluent in English (written and spoken).
