Job Purpose: To ensure the effective recruitment, onboarding, and ongoing support of drivers for the Tip Top Taxi platform, while maintaining high service standards through performance monitoring, training, and cross-functional coordination. This role is pivotal in enhancing driver engagement, resolving operational issues, and contributing to overall customer satisfaction and business growth.
Main duties and responsibilities:
* Register and onboard drivers for the Tip Top Taxi application.
* Introduce Tip Top Taxi services to new drivers.
* Assist drivers with the registration process and answer their queries.
* Monitor driver performance, behavior, and passenger interactions.
* Coordinate with the commercial sales team for corporate project driver needs.
* Work with the call center to resolve driver-related issues.
* Collaborate with the operations team to address driver needs, like cash management.
* Manage the driver database, including registrations and transactions.
* Resolve driver complaints and follow up with other departments.
* Conduct monthly training sessions to improve driver performance.
* Address passenger complaints promptly to maintain satisfaction.
* Contribute ideas for sales improvement and provide feedback.
* Be flexible to take on additional tasks as needed by management.
