- Construction of five 132 kV transmission lines (approx. 480 towers)
- Installation of 8 km of 132 kV underground cables
- Construction of one GIS substation

We are currently seeking a qualified and experienced Lifting Planner & Supervisor to join our team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement detailed lifting plans in compliance with safety standards and project requirements
- Supervise all lifting activities on site to ensure safety, compliance, and coordination
- Select and verify appropriate lifting equipment based on load and site conditions
- Conduct inspections of lifting gear and ensure all equipment is certified and in good condition
- Coordinate with site engineers, HSE team, crane operators, and riggers
- Maintain accurate documentation, permits, and records for all lifting operations
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in lifting operations on large-scale construction or energy projects
- Valid Lifting Planner Certification
- Strong knowledge of lifting procedures, rigging plans, and safety protocols
- Familiarity with lifting planning tools/software is a plus
- Excellent leadership, communication, and coordination skills
