One of Toyota’s authorized dealers in Qadisiyah (Al-Diwaniyah) is looking for a Technical Advisor with below requirements:
Main Tasks:
• Welcome customers and listen carefully to their concerns regarding their vehicles.
• Translate customer concerns into clear and precise repair orders for technicians.
• Explain repair needs, time estimates, and costs to customers in a transparent and professional manner.
• Follow up with customers throughout the repair process and keep them informed of progress.
• Perform preliminary vehicle inspections and road tests (if required).
• Support technicians in diagnosing complex issues by providing technical input.
• Verify repair quality after service is completed to ensure Toyota standards are met.
• Ensure proper documentation of all repair work for warranty claims and records.
• Coordinate between customers, workshop floor, and parts department to ensure smooth workflow.
• Prioritize repair orders and monitor progress to meet promised delivery times.
• Communicate clearly with technicians about customer concerns and required work.
• Ensure all repairs and services comply with Toyota repair standards, safety procedures, and warranty guidelines.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Toyota technical bulletins, recalls, and service campaigns.
• Follow dealership policies and Toyota’s Kaizen (continuous improvement) philosophy.
• Conduct post-service follow-up calls to measure customer satisfaction.
• Handle complaints professionally and escalate issues when necessary.
• Strive to exceed CSI (Customer Satisfaction Index) targets.
Skills and Qualifications:
• Education: Diploma or bachelor’s in automotive engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field.
• Experience: Minimum 4–6 years’ experience as a service advisor, technical advisor, or automotive technician (Toyota
experience preferred).
• Strong technical knowledge of automotive systems (especially Toyota vehicles).
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to translate technical terms into easy-to-understand language for customers.
• Good computer literacy (DMS, MS Office, Toyota service systems).
• Time management and problem-solving skills.
