Position Overview
SuliKim is seeking a highly accomplished and dynamic National Sales Manager to oversee and expand sales operations across all provinces of Iraq. This senior leadership position carries responsibility for developing and executing national sales strategies, leading and motivating field teams, driving market penetration, and delivering sustained revenue growth. The ideal candidate will bring strategic vision, proven leadership, and extensive expertise within the construction materials sector.
Basic Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of proven sales experience, including at least 2 years in a managerial or supervisory role.
• Preferred: Strong knowledge of the construction and building materials industry.
• Mandatory: Fluency in Kurdish, Arabic, and English (spoken and written).
Technical & Leadership Competencies
• Demonstrated ability to lead, manage, and inspire nationwide sales teams to consistently achieve targets.
• Expertise in defining, monitoring, and achieving KPIs and strategic sales objectives.
• High proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and CRM systems.
• Must own a private vehicle with a valid driver’s license.
• Full readiness and flexibility to travel extensively across Iraq.
Key Responsibilities
Sales & Leadership
• Develop and implement a comprehensive national sales strategy to maximize market presence.
• Lead, mentor, and manage sales teams across all Iraqi provinces.
• Monitor performance (daily, weekly, monthly) and deliver detailed performance reports.
Customer & Market Development
• Establish and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key clients, distributors, and strategic partners.
• Conduct in-depth market and competitor analysis to identify opportunities and challenges.
• Drive market share growth in both established and new territories.
Operations & Reporting
• Oversee the complete sales cycle, from order acquisition to delivery and post-sale support.
• Prepare and present regular performance reviews and forecasts to senior management.
• Ensure all operations comply with company policies, standards, and ethical guidelines.
