Your Mission
As the GR (Government Relations) Assistant at Baly, your mission is to represent our company with professionalism and efficiency in all interactions with government entities. You will manage government-related processes, ensure compliance, and maintain administrative excellence. Your efforts will be critical in keeping operations smooth and safeguarding Baly’s reputation as a leading super app in Iraq.
- Act as a liaison between the company and various governmental entities to ensure alignment and compliance.
- Handle and oversee government-related processes, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Stay updated on relevant government policies and regulations and communicate their impact to internal stakeholders.
- Manage administrative tasks associated with government relations, including documentation, scheduling, and reporting.
- Maintain organized records of all interactions, documents, and processes.
- Prepare detailed reports on government-related activities and processes.
- Ensure timely communication of updates, challenges, and resolutions to the management team.
- Exhibit excellent interpersonal and social skills to foster trust and credibility with external and internal stakeholders.
- Represent Baly with professionalism and integrity in all interactions.
Requirements
- Strong interpersonal and social skills to build and maintain relationships with diverse stakeholders.
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Proficient in handling documentation and administrative processes.
- Fluency in English (written and spoken) is essential.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and meet deadlines.
- Ability to multitask and work well under pressure.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and reporting tools.
- A proactive approach to managing tasks and responsibilities.
