Location: Bab Al-Najah’s Headquarter Office, Floria City, Koya Road, Erbil, Iraq.
Working Days: Saturday to Thursday.
Working Hours: 9:30 AM to 5:30 PM.
Salary: 500,000 – 700,000 IQD based on experience and qualification.
Duties and Responsibilities Overview:
- Welcoming the visitors, guests, and customers of the company respectfully and hospitably.
- Directing visitors, guests, and customers to the relevant departments in a professional, clear, and gentle manner.
- Entering and documenting the data and reviews of the company’s visitors, guests, and customers into the company’s systems in a clear, accurate, and organized manner.
- Archiving data and information related to visitors, guests, and customers in an organized manner.
- Answering phone calls and directing them to relevant departments.
- Performing additional administrative tasks as needed.
Required Qualifications:
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
- Previous experience as a Receptionist is advantageous.
- Good appearance and keeping personal hygiene.
- Highly polite, gentle, and welcoming in communicating with visitors, guests, and customers.
- Effective communication skills.
- Fluency in Arabic and Kurdish languages, with a good understanding of English language.
- Proficiency in using computer programs and Microsoft Office programs such as MS Word and MS Excel.
- Accurately observing and following up on details and information.
