The Operations Coordinator manages and coordinates the daily operations of TIP TOP TAXI, ensuring smooth service delivery, driver compliance, and customer satisfaction. This role requires a female candidate capable of handling multiple responsibilities efficiently under pressure.
Key Responsibilities:
•Monitor and coordinate drivers’ daily activities and ride assignments.
•Follow up on ride completion and resolve operational issues promptly.
•Work with customer service to handle complaints, refunds, and improve financial processes.
•Maintain driver records and prepare reports.
•Coordinate with the technical team to resolve system issues or implement improvements.
•Track KPIs and propose strategies to enhance service quality.
•Perform any additional tasks assigned by management.
Qualifications:
•Bachelor’s degree in Business, or a related field.
•Strong organizational and coordination skills.
•Proficiency in and Full in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and others).operational tools.
•Excellent communication skills in Kurdish, Arabic, and English.
•Flexibility and adaptability to work varying hours.
