The team consists of project managers, team leaders, transmission engineers, technicians, tower riggers, and staff in administration, logistics, and security, serving various telecommunications service providers throughout the country.
Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role, located in Baghdad, for a Key Account Manager. The Key Account Manager will be responsible for managing key accounts, developing business plans, providing exceptional customer service, and maintaining strong relationships with clients. The role involves day-to-day tasks such as account management, analyzing data, strategic planning, and working closely with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Strong Account Management and Key Accounts skills
- Experience in Business Planning and Analytical Skills
- Exceptional Customer Service skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Bachelor’s degree in IT or related field
- Experience in the telecommunications industry is a must
- Proficiency in relevant software applications
