SECURITY RISK ADVISOR
At Eni, we are looking for a Risk Advisor within Mellitah Oil & Gas in Libya. You will perform project risk analyses in accordance with company policy and guidelines, developing and maintaining risk projects, as well as advising management of critical risks and potential mitigation methods.
As a member of the Security department, you will be responsible for:
- Ensuring control over passive security measures by reducing potential risks through appropriate periodic checks of all installed measures, in compliance with applicable regulatory documents and security plans.
- Ensuring that relevant recordings and reports are properly maintained, as required by internal regulatory processes and the instructions of the Security Manager.
- Acting as the focal point for any security-related emergency, ensuring that appropriate actions are taken.
- Liaising with managers to define suitable actions and plans as required, in accordance with the Security Manager’s instructions, applicable regulatory processes, and the Code of Ethics, SOA, and Model 231.
- Complying with the Health, Safety and Environmental legislation of the country, as well as the HSE Policies of Eni North Africa, by applying the HSE requirements outlined in the Management System Guideline HSE and the HSE Integrated Management System.
- Reporting and encouraging the reporting of any unsafe conditions, unsafe acts, and near-misses related to HSE.
- Ensuring that colleagues consistently demonstrate appropriate HSE behaviour.
