Job Description
- Lead and manage the plumbing team, assigning tasks, monitoring performance, and providing training.
- Ensure staff adhere to safety procedures and standard operating protocols.
- Maintain daily work schedules and manage manpower for efficient operations.
- Oversee maintenance and repair of water supply systems, drainage, sewage, and sanitary installations.
- Respond promptly to plumbing emergencies to prevent service interruptions.
- Conduct routine inspections to detect leaks, blockages, or equipment failure and implement preventative measures
- Supervise plumbing-related renovation, installation, or upgrade projects
Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of water supply, drainage, and sewage systems.
- Leadership and team management skills.
- Ability to read plumbing schematics, blueprints, and technical manuals.
- Problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
