Roles and Responsibilities:
- Assign daily drivers to Vehicles and ensure proper start times are maintained
- Communicate daily with all dispatch, drivers, and members of the public, providing assistance where required
- Assist in the training of drivers relating to policies and procedures
- Work in conjunction with all departments to review all vehicle runs and routes
- Monitor, investigate and document all driver performance activities
- Enforce company operating procedures and all health and safety policies and procedures
- Being Available on call on the weekends as required/requested
- Prepare and calculate the monthly wages for the drivers as per their routes and shifts
- responsible for overseeing and coordinating daily teams’ tasks, managing access issues, and maintaining strong relationships with owners.
- lead and finalize new or renewed site lease agreements with owners, aligning with operational and legal requirements.
- Maintain continuous documentation and tracking of unresolved and resolved site issues.
Education and Personal Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in administration or other related.
- Experienced in related fields.
- Management skills.
- Safe driving practices and methods.
- Principles, methods, techniques, and strategies for the training.
- Very good Microsoft skills in general.
