Position Title: Integrated Campaign Manager
Role Summary:
You will lead the planning and execution of integrated marketing campaigns — connecting brand, celebrity, media, and event resources to create impactful, youth-driven marketing experiences in Iraq.
Key Responsibilities & Requirements
1. Youth & Cultural Insight
- Deep understanding of Iraqi youth culture, including trending local events, sports, entertainment, celebrities, influencers, and social topics.
- Strong sense of youth behavior and lifestyle scenes — able to identify marketing touchpoints across both online and offline environments.
2. Strategic Planning & Execution
- Proven experience in integrated marketing or PR campaign planning.
- Capable of turning creative briefs into actionable, well-executed campaigns — from ideation to on-ground delivery.
3. Resource Integration & Partnership Building
- Solid network with local celebrities/influencers, media outlets, and brand partners to drive high-impact collaborations.
- Experience collaborating with youth-oriented brands (F&B, fashion, entertainment, lifestyle) and large-scale events (music festivals, campus events, sports).
- Bonus: existing relationships with telecoms, retail channels, malls, or university communities.
4. Communication & Language Skills
- Fluent in Arabic and English (Kurdish not mandatory).
- Excellent communication and coordination abilities; capable of managing multiple external partners and vendors effectively.
5. Background & Experience
- Preferably from PR, advertising, or integrated marketing background.
- Experience in smartphone, FMCG, beverage, entertainment, or lifestyle industries is a strong advantage.
