Position Overview
The Talent Acquisition officer is responsible for supporting and executing HR and hiring activities across the full employee lifecycle. The role focuses on maintaining accurate HR operations while contributing directly to sourcing, screening, coordinating, and managing recruitment workflows. The associate will play a key role in supporting Baly’s expansion by ensuring efficient hiring processes, accurate documentation, and smooth operations across HR functions.
This role works closely with the HR team to ensure hiring pipelines are moving efficiently, documentation is accurate, and headcount needs are aligned with business requirements.
Key Responsibilities
HR Operations & Employee Lifecycle
- Prepare and process employment contracts, addendums, and extensions.
- Maintain accurate employee files, documentation, and digital archives.
- Register new joiners across all systems and ensure complete onboarding documentation.
- Coordinate onboarding logistics with relevant departments (IT, Operations, Finance).
- Maintain and update headcount trackers and hiring dashboards.
- Assist with HR reporting, data accuracy, and filing compliance.
- Support asset tracking and documentation for joiners and leavers.
Recruitment & Coordination
- Schedule and coordinate interviews for multi-level roles.
- Screen candidates for communication, fit, and role alignment.
- Manage recruitment pipelines to ensure timely movement through stages.
- Draft and post job descriptions and manage applicant flow.
- Conduct candidate communication professionally and consistently.
- Learn and apply effective role-selling and expectation alignment.
- Support sourcing activities for urgent roles where needed.
Headcount Management & Hiring Prioritization
- Track ongoing joiners, resignations, and internal changes to maintain accurate HC visibility.
- Identify urgent hiring needs versus flexible or delayed roles.
- Prevent over-hiring by monitoring supply vs demand across teams.
- Collaborate with teams to understand role urgency, workload, and staffing gaps.
- Prepare hiring updates, shortlists, and prioritization sheets for internal use.
Offboarding & Documentation Control
- Coordinate offboarding processes including resignation receipt, clearance, and asset recovery.
- Maintain exit documentation and ensure proper closure of employee records.
- Track employee status changes and ensure lifecycle completeness from join → exit.
- Reduce compliance risks through clean, accurate documentation.
General HR & Administrative Support
- Support HR in daily tasks, special projects, and ad-hoc requests.
- Assist in improving HR processes, templates, and documentation.
- Contribute to communication drafts, announcements, and job descriptions.
- Provide coverage during high-volume hiring or operational demands.
Requirements
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field.
Skills & Competencies
- Strong written and verbal communication (English & Arabic).
- High attention to detail and accuracy in documentation.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities.
- Proficiency in Google Sheets / Excel for tracking and reporting.
- Professionalism, confidentiality, and team collaboration.

- Previous HR or administrative experience.
