Technical and Executive Tasks:
- Contribute to proposing goals and plans related to developing services and products for customer segments in a way that ensures responsiveness to technological, economic, and social changes in the Iraqi banking sector.
- Prepare technical studies related to the development of existing services and products, identifying strengths and weaknesses in terms of specifications, conditions, interest rates, repayment mechanisms, and other aspects, and propose appropriate modifications that align with the bank’s strategy to better serve the department’s customers.
- Prepare studies on the feasibility of adopting new services and products, developing these offerings, and working on preparing their economic feasibility studies through market surveys and evaluating them financially, technically, administratively, and strategically, and preparing reports with results and recommendations.
- Conduct studies on competing banks’ services and products, including specifications such as interest rates, conditions, repayment mechanisms, and other related factors, and identify the best offerings to benefit from in developing existing services and products or creating new ones for the customer segments department.
- Prepare and maintain a database that summarizes information and specifications of competing services and products such as interest rates, conditions, repayment mechanisms, and work on updating it continuously.
- Focus on enhancing the technical and banking capabilities of the staff, increasing their awareness and understanding of product features and conditions to enable them to improve the level of service and the required banking knowledge.
- Collaborate with the Marketing and Corporate Communications Department when launching promotional campaigns for new or developed products by providing them with product features to identify key points to focus on in advertising related to the department.
- Submit periodic reports on workflow to the direct supervisor.
- Perform any other tasks and responsibilities assigned by the direct supervisor.
Required Educational Level
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or an equivalent field, provided that relevant experience in the required area is available.
Required Experience
A minimum of 6–8 years of experience in banking or related business fields.
