EPC Project Manager
📍 Location: Iraq
Key Responsibilities:
- As project manager, be fully responsible for the planning, cost, schedule, quality, safety, and risk control of engineering and maintenance projects.
- Coordinate the work at each stage of design, supply chain, construction, and commissioning to ensure project delivery according to contract requirements.
- Manage the project team (including local and foreign staff), and coordinate relationships with partners, suppliers, and clients.
- Participate in project bidding based on market opportunities, including the preparation of technical and commercial bids.
- Based on project progress, reasonably arrange personnel relocation and leave to ensure that the project's cash flow, revenue, profit, and other operating indicators meet requirements.
- Respond to emergencies and ensure the stable progress of the project in complex environments.
Qualifications:
- Associate degree or above, majoring in engineering management, petroleum engineering, mechanical/pipeline, or related fields.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in international oil and gas field EPC project management (experience in engineering and maintenance is preferred), including at least 2 years of overseas (Iraq experience preferred) project site management experience.
- Fluent in English, able to use it as a working language; Arabic proficiency preferred.
- Preference will be given to candidates with project management certifications such as Level 1 Construction Engineer.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills; able to motivate the team and drive project goals to achieve.
- High sense of responsibility, ability to work under pressure, and strong work ethic.
