We are seeking a Warehouse Coordinator to manage and oversee the daily activities within our warehouse facility in Erbil. This role requires a detail-oriented professional to ensure smooth and efficient handling of inventory, storage management, and logistics coordination, while also supporting administrative functions that align with operational needs.

Main Responsibilities:
- Plan, assign, and supervise the receipt, examination, storage, recording, and issuance of supplies in the warehouse
- Ensure proper inventory management, including storage accuracy, stock levels, and order fulfillment
- Process and track inbound and outbound shipments, ensuring timely deliveries and documentation
- Maintain an updated inventory system with precise stock control and reporting
- Support sales operations by coordinating product availability
- Handle warehouse-related administrative tasks, invoices and logistics documentation
- Maintain accurate operational records, including stock valuation and damage control
- Assist in monitoring and maintaining warehouse vehicles and equipment
- Perform periodic stock audits and physical counts to ensure inventory accuracy
- Be prepared to perform hands-on warehouse tasks when needed
Requirements
- Previous experience in warehouse operations and administration is preferred
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Proficiency in English, Kurdish (mandatory), and Arabic (preferred)
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Critical thinking and problem-solving abilities are essential
- Experience in handling ERP systems for inventory and warehouse management
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work under pressure
- Ability to drive a manual vehicle (valid commercial driving license is a plus)
