Job Summary:
The Sales Representative is responsible for driving sales, developing and maintaining business relationships with corporate clients, and generating revenue through the sale of products and services. This role requires a strategic approach to business development, strong negotiation skills, and the ability to understand the specific needs of businesses. The Sales Representative will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building long-term relationships with clients, and consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Business Development:
- Identify and target new business opportunities within the assigned region or industry.
- Proactively prospect and generate leads through cold calling, networking, and referrals from existing clients.
- Conduct in-depth market research to identify potential business clients and tailor sales strategies accordingly.
- Sales and Negotiation:
- Present and demonstrate products or services to potential clients, addressing their specific business needs.
- Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts with prospective clients to close deals and secure long-term business relationships.
- Develop customized proposals based on client requirements, ensuring the solutions offered align with their business goals.
- Client Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong, lasting relationships with key business clients.
- Act as the main point of contact for all client interactions, addressing inquiries, concerns, and providing timely support.
- Follow up with clients post-sale to ensure satisfaction and identify further business opportunities or upselling potential.
- Market Intelligence and Competitor Analysis:
- Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to stay ahead of the competition.
- Provide feedback to the management team regarding customer needs, market trends, and competitor pricing and strategies.
- Suggest new product features or business solutions based on client feedback and market demands.
- Sales Reporting and Documentation:
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions, sales leads, and deals in CRM software.
- Prepare weekly and monthly sales reports, tracking progress toward sales targets and highlighting key challenges and successes.
- Ensure all sales activities are documented, including proposals, contracts, and follow-up communications.
- Collaboration with Internal Teams:
- Collaborate closely with the marketing, product development, and customer service teams to deliver a seamless customer experience.
- Work with the logistics or operations team to ensure timely and efficient product delivery to clients.
Skills
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in B2B sales or a related industry.
Skills:
- Strong sales and negotiation skills with a proven track record in B2B sales.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain relationships with business clients.
- Ability to assess and understand the unique needs of business clients and tailor sales approaches accordingly.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.).
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a solution-oriented mindset.
- High level of organization and time management skills.
Additional Requirements:
- Languages: Proficiency in both Arabic and English (spoken and written) is required.
- Travel: Willingness to travel within the region to meet clients, attend business meetings, and attend industry events.
- Driver’s License: A valid driver's license is required for client visits within the assigned territory.
- Flexibility: Ability to adapt to changes in client demands or market conditions and work flexible hours when needed.
