KNOWLEDGE / SKILLS / ABILITIES:
Practical knowledge in trouble shooting sophisticated electrical and electronic circuits.
In depth knowledge of programmable controllers essential
Ability to read engineering drawings
Ability to read and write English.
EXPERIENCE:
Minimum 3 years’ experience in Food industry
EDUCATION: Diploma or Trade certificate in Electrical / Electronic engineering.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
*Responsible for production of good quality product
*Implement preventive maintenance work as outlined by his superior.
*Identify potential problem areas and prepare a strategy for correction.
*Carry out routine electrical checks on all plant equipment.
*Maintain up-to-date records of work carried out.
*Responsible for the safety of all electrical equipment .
*Supervise and assist with breakdown of production and services machinery when required.
*Supervise and assist with building maintenance and allied work as required.
*Supervise and assist with implementation of future projects when required.
*Responsible for cleanliness of personal work areas.
*Maintain personal hygiene standards.
المعرفة/المهارات/القدرات:
المعرفة العملية في استكشاف أعطال الدوائر الكهربائية والإلكترونية المعقدة وإصلاحها.
يشترط معرفة متعمقة بوحدات التحكم القابلة للبرمجة.
القدرة على قراءة الرسومات الهندسية.
القدرة على قراءة وكتابة اللغة الإنجليزية.
الخبرة:
خبرة لا تقل عن 3 سنوات في مجال صناعة الأغذية.
التعليم: دبلوم أو شهادة مهنية في الهندسة الكهربائية/الإلكترونية.
المهام والمسؤوليات
*مسؤول عن إنتاج منتج عالي الجودة.
*تنفيذ أعمال الصيانة الوقائية وفقًا لما يحدده رئيسه.
*تحديد مواطن الخلل المحتملة وإعداد استراتيجية لمعالجتها.
*إجراء فحوصات كهربائية دورية لجميع معدات المصنع.
*الاحتفاظ بسجلات محدثة للأعمال المنجزة.
*مسؤول عن سلامة جميع المعدات الكهربائية.
*الإشراف على آلات الإنتاج والخدمات والمساعدة في إصلاحها عند الحاجة.
*الإشراف على صيانة المباني والأعمال المرتبطة بها والمساعدة فيها عند الحاجة.
*الإشراف على تنفيذ المشاريع المستقبلية والمساعدة في تنفيذها عند الحاجة.
*مسؤول عن نظافة أماكن العمل الشخصية.
*الحفاظ على معايير النظافة الشخصية.
