Duties and Responsibilities:
- Advanced ICU Procedures: Perform critical care interventions such as intubation assistance, ventilator management, suctioning, and airway maintenance, ensuring the patient’s stability and comfort during life-saving procedures.
- Emergency Room (ER) Support: Conduct routine checks and assist the medical team in managing ER cases efficiently.
- Crash Bag Maintenance: Regularly inspect the crash bag to ensure all emergency supplies are complete and functional.
- Pre-Employment Health Screenings: Perform health assessments for new employees as required.
- Clinic Room Setup: Prepare and maintain clinic rooms to adhere to high patient care standards.
- High-Quality Patient Care: Provide exemplary care to patients, ensuring a positive and comforting experience.
- Home Care Services: Deliver exceptional support for patients requiring at-home care.
- Medication and Equipment Verification: Conduct weekly checks of all medications and equipment.
- Administer medications, IVs, oxygen therapy, and other treatments as ordered.
- Monitor and record vital signs, symptoms, and patient progress.
- Collaborate with physicians, other nurses, and healthcare staff to ensure coordinated care.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care and treatments.
- Maintain clean, safe, and stocked work area and equipment.
- Follow infection control and safety protocols.
Skills and Qualifications
- Registered Nurse (RN) with relevant qualifications.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in ICU and RCU.
- Comprehensive knowledge of healthcare regulations and standards.
- Excellent organizational and communication abilities.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced hospital environment.
- Proficiency in Kurdish, Arabic, and English is required.
Working Hours: 1 5 shift per month.
