Are you a strategic and technically skilled IT Lead with a strong background in enterprise systems and digital innovation? Qaiwan Group is seeking a high-performing IT professional to lead our technology strategy, infrastructure, and ERP systems across all business units—including construction, manufacturing and beyond.
Role and Responsibilities:
A. Develop and implement IT strategies that support Qaiwan Group’s business objectives across multiple sectors.
B. Oversee group-wide IT infrastructure, including networks, hardware, servers, and cloud systems.
C. Lead the implementation, customization, and optimization of SAP ERP systems and ensure alignment with financial, operational, and manufacturing processes.
D. Manage cybersecurity policies, conduct audits, and ensure data protection in compliance with international standards.
E. Supervise and mentor the IT team, fostering innovation, ownership, and cross-functional support.
F. Coordinate with department heads (Finance, HR, Projects, Factory Operations, etc.) to ensure smooth system operations and digital integrations.
G. Lead group-wide IT projects including system upgrades, ERP migrations, and digital transformation initiatives.
H. Manage relationships with external vendors and IT service providers; negotiate contracts and monitor deliverables.
I. Monitor IT performance metrics and prepare regular reports for executive management.
J. Support business intelligence tools, dashboards, and data reporting platforms to enhance strategic decision-making.
K. Troubleshoot complex IT issues and oversee user support for all subsidiaries and locations.
L. Oversee budgeting, procurement, and resource planning for IT systems and tools.
M. Stay ahead of industry trends to ensure Qaiwan Group adopts modern, scalable technologies.
Qualifications and Education Requirements:
i. Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field (Master’s or certifications such as PMP, ITIL, or CISSP preferred).
ii. 5–7 years of experience in IT leadership, ideally in diverse or group company environments.
iii. Strong experience with SAP ERP (S/4HANA preferred), systems integration, and digital transformation.
