Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end management of major projects, from initiation through deployment.
- Supervise and mentor a team of project management professionals.
- Oversee project planning, budgeting, scheduling, resource allocation, and risk mitigation.
- Ensure alignment of project objectives with broader organizational strategies.
- Collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders to ensure seamless execution.
- Monitor performance and implement quality assurance practices to drive continuous improvement.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in project management.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Finance, Accounting, MIS, or a related field.
- Demonstrated expertise in managing large-scale, cross-functional projects.
- Strong leadership, decision-making, and strategic planning skills.
- Deep understanding of project management methodologies and tools.
- Familiarity with relevant banking regulations and compliance standards is preferred.
