Position Overview
Factory Dijla (Super Chemicals Adhesive) is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to lead and expand our operations in the construction sector. The ideal candidate will possess a solid background in sales leadership, business development, and market strategy—specifically within the construction materials industry, including insulation systems, finishing solutions, waterproofing, and technical construction products.
Core Responsibilities
- Strategic Sales Leadership
• Develop and implement a comprehensive national sales strategy aligned with corporate goals.
• Establish sales objectives, KPIs, and incentive programs to maximize team performance.
• Monitor market dynamics and competitor activity to identify opportunities for growth.
• Lead market entry for new products and geographic areas.
• Manage pricing, profit margins, and client contract negotiations.
Sales Team Management
• Build, mentor, and supervise a high-performing regional sales team.
• Conduct regular coaching, evaluations, and performance reviews.
• Organize training workshops and foster a collaborative sales culture.
Client & Channel Management
• Cultivate strong relationships with contractors, architects, and distributors.
• Provide tailored support to key accounts and manage complex client engagements.
• Represent the company at trade shows, industry exhibitions, and key client meetings.
Cross-Department Collaboration
• Work closely with marketing, R&D, logistics, and finance teams.
• Deliver field insights to support product innovation and customer solutions.
Reporting & Governance
• Prepare monthly/quarterly reports on sales performance, forecasts, and budgets.
• Ensure adherence to company ethics, compliance policies, and regulatory standards.
Education:
• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or Business Administration (MBA is a plus).
Experience:
• 5–7 years of experience in B2B sales within the construction or building materials sector.
• Minimum of 2 years in a senior or leadership sales role.
Language Skills:
• Fluency in Kurdish – Arabic – English (required)
Technical & Operational Requirements:
• Sound knowledge of construction systems, tendering processes, and technical specifications.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce).
• Must own a private vehicle and be open to frequent travel throughout Iraq.
Work Conditions
• Schedule: Saturday to Thursday (8 hours per day, flexible fieldwork)
• Mobility: Extensive travel required
