Job Opportunity: Assistant Factory Manager

Working Hours: 08:00 AM – 05:00 PM (1-hour break)
Position Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and organized Assistant Factory Manager to support our factory operations. This role is vital in implementing the Factory Manager’s strategies, ensuring operational efficiency, and fostering cross-functional collaboration. The successful candidate will contribute to productivity, compliance, and continuous improvement efforts across all departments.
Key Responsibilities
1.Operational Oversight
•Assist the Factory Manager in supervising day-to-day manufacturing activities to meet production targets and deadlines.
2.Team Leadership
•Monitor and guide staff performance, assign duties, and ensure compliance with company standards and protocols.
3.Quality Assurance
•Support the implementation of quality control procedures and conduct inspections to ensure product conformity and excellence.
4.Process Optimization
•Identify process inefficiencies and recommend improvements to enhance productivity, reduce costs, and eliminate waste.
5.Health & Safety Compliance
•Ensure all operations adhere to occupational health and safety regulations and promote a culture of safety within the workplace.
6.Inventory Monitoring
•Assist in managing raw materials, supplies, and finished goods to maintain accurate and optimal inventory levels.
7.Reporting & Analysis
•Prepare and present daily and weekly reports on production output, downtime, and operational performance indicators.
8.Training & Development
•Contribute to employee training initiatives and support the onboarding process for new hires.
9.Maintenance Coordination
•Coordinate with maintenance personnel to schedule and oversee equipment servicing and repair activities.
10.Cross-Departmental Communication
•Act as a liaison between various departments (e.g., Production, Logistics, HR) and senior management to ensure clear communication and workflow alignment.
Candidate Profile
•Language Proficiency: Fluency in Kurdish, Arabic, and English (written and verbal).
•Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
•Experience: Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience, preferably in HR or factory operations.
Compensation
Salary will be discussed during the interview based on qualifications and experience.
