Job Purpose
The HR Specialist will be mainly responsible to work closely with the sales team (Recruitment, onboarding, offboarding) along with supporting the HR Manager in the various tasks.
Job Responsibilities
- Organize the recruitment process by recording candidate data, prepare interviews and headhunt candidates
- Work with the sales team in reviewing CV, interviewing and completing their onboard
- Handle employee offboarding processes, including exit interviews and ensuring legal and policy compliance.
- Regularly update and maintain the HR system, ensuring accurate employee data and timely information processing.
- Maintain employee files and ensure the completeness of all documents.
- • Work to update employee data on the human resources system on time.
- • Follow up on all required procedures to ensure employees compliance with company regulations and laws.
- • Monitor and update the implementation of various policies, procedures, and instructions for all operational departments.
- • Monitor compliance with internal administrative regulations, such as the labor law • Perform any related tasks assigned by the HR Manager
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Experience in working as HR with FMCG companies is must.
- Minimum 3-5 years of HR experience, ideally within Iraq.
- Strong knowledge of Iraqi labor law, payroll, social security, and tax regulations.
- Experience in managing recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding processes.
- Proficient in HR systems and capable of preparing monthly reports.
- Demonstrated experience in enhancing organizational culture, innovation, and employee engagement.
- Excellent organizational, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
