Job Summary:
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented CRM Specialist to join our team in Baghdad. The ideal candidate will support and coordinate all CRM activities related to customer experience for both Sales and Aftersales operations. This role requires excellent communication skills and a passion for customer service, acting as the voice of the customer across both GWM brands.
• Conduct outbound calls, emails, and messages to carry out customer satisfaction surveys and questionnaires.
• Handle inbound customer inquiries received via the CRM channels in a professional and timely manner.
• Follow up with customers after visits to Sales or Aftersales departments.
• Promote seasonal offers and invite customers to the service center.
• Send service reminders and notifications about parts availability.
• Conduct post-sale and post-delivery follow-up calls.
• Review and ensure accuracy of customer data in the DMS system.
• Prepare CRM activity reports as required by the CRM Manager.
• Collaborate with Sales and Service departments to resolve customer concerns promptly.
• Analyze customer feedback and assist in identifying internal training needs.
• Support marketing campaigns, events, and vehicle launches as needed.
• Assist with document translations and maintain up-to-date customer records.
Job Requirements:
• Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in customer service or CRM-related roles.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic CRM systems.
• Customer-focused mindset and ability to work within a team.
• Fluent in Arabic; English proficiency is a strong advantage.
