Position Overview:
The Corporate Sales Consultant is responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with high-end corporate clients. This is an outdoor, field-based role focused on presenting Mercedes-Benz vehicles, tailored leasing or purchase solutions, and exclusive fleet offers directly at client offices, workplaces, and executive venues. The ideal candidate is a confident communicator, polished in presentation, and driven by closing deals with senior decision-makers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and approach potential corporate clients, decision-makers, and fleet buyers
- Visit client locations to present vehicles, offers, and Mercedes-Benz brand value in person
- Organize test drives and product demonstrations at customer premises
- Build tailored proposals for leasing, purchasing, or corporate fleet programs
- Maintain and grow relationships with key clients and their procurement teams
- Maintain accurate records of interactions, prospects, and deals in the CRM
- Collaborate with marketing and after-sales to ensure client satisfaction and loyalty
- Stay up to date on vehicle specs, features, and competitor offerings
- Meet and exceed monthly corporate sales targets
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
- Minimum 3 years of experience in field sales or high-end automotive sales
- Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Confident in communicating with senior-level executives
- Professional appearance and strong customer-service orientation
- Valid driving license and willingness to travel within assigned region
- Fluent in Arabic and English
