The ideal candidate will play a role in the sales process by setting up business relations, following and identifying tenders, preparing technical proposals, and providing necessary documentation for both internal and external parties. The ideal candidate will be in direct communication with Istanbul HQ.
Responsibilities:
- Searching for new tender opportunities from both government side and private sector.
- Identifying tenders in technical and commercial aspects.
- Preparing necessary technical and commercial documentation and proposals for the suitable tenders and submit them.
- Assisting marketing and sales with the creation of technical brochures, datasheets, service briefs, and etc.
- Participating in business related events such as tradeshows, conferences, client/supplier meetings, etc. to represent the company and to ensure client onboarding to company network.
- Developing business relations with clients and government representatives through meetings and visits to maintain business relations.
- Being in touch with the client in pre-sales, project development, and after-sales phases.
Skills
Qualifications & Experience:
- At least Bachelor's Degree in engineering faculties.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Arabic (Having Turkish skills is a big plus).
- Minimum 3 years of product experience of generators and energy equipments.
- Proven experience of sales and customer relations management.
- Excellent knowledge of Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Perfect communication skills.
- Being able to work Hybrid.
- Not having travel restrictions.
- Excellent presentation & negotiation skills.
- Good time-management skills.
- Being able to follow up deadlines.
- Having detail oriented eyes.
