Human Resource Specialist

Job Description:

Managing end-to-end recruitment processes,
Organizing orientation and onboarding programs for new employees,
Supporting performance evaluation and training planning processes,
Preparing and controlling payroll and attendance data,
Following HR procedures and maintaining required documentation,
Contributing to employee engagement and internal communication activities,
Keeping up with current HR practices and labor legislation.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in relevant fields (Business Administration, Labor Economics, Psychology, etc.),
Minimum of 2 years of experience in Human Resources,
Hands-on experience in recruitment, onboarding, training, performance management, and employee relations,
Experience in preparing and controlling payroll and attendance data,
Proficient in MS Office programs,
Strong communication and analytical thinking skills; team player,
Proficiency in Arabic, Kurdish, Turkish, English, (Must Arabic, Kurdish, English)
Preferably experienced in HR software such as Logo, SAP, or similar systems.
